These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of https://glamgrid.co/, its member features, and the GlamGrid newsletter.

GlamGrid is operated by Growth Brew Labs Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”), India.

Please read these terms carefully. By using our services, you agree to these terms to the extent that an agreement is formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. About GlamGrid

GlamGrid publishes fashion, beauty, shopping, and lifestyle content for information and inspiration.

Our content includes editorial opinions and general recommendations. It does not constitute personalized professional advice.

2. Eligibility and Member Accounts

Newsletter subscriptions and member accounts are intended for people aged 18 or older.

If you register, you must provide accurate information and use an email address you are authorized to access.

Protect your account access and do not share private sign-in links. Contact admin@glamgrid.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may request account closure by contacting us. Associated personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Newsletter Subscriptions

Subscribing allows us to send the newsletter described at sign-up, including editorial content, recommendations, and identified commercial content.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our marketing emails or by contacting admin@glamgrid.co.

We may adjust the newsletter’s format, frequency, or content, or discontinue it. A free subscription does not authorize charges. Any paid offering requires a separate purchase agreement with its applicable pricing and terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts with competent jurisdiction in Kurukshetra, Haryana, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.

This provision does not remove mandatory protections or rights you may have to bring proceedings before a court or consumer forum in another jurisdiction.

14. Severability and Waiver

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
